Lock Services Limited and Hibiscus Coast Locksmiths Limited are a family owned and operated Master Locksmith Company, with over 25 years experience providing a 24-hour 7-Day Mobile service in the Auckland & Hibiscus Coast districts. Owners Brett & Jacqualine Cole purchased the badly run down business in early 2004, and set about rebuilding it to it's present strong position in the industry.
Brett has over 25 years experience in the locksmith industry and is a Certified Master Locksmith and NZQA locksmith Apprentice Assessor. He has worked in all aspects of the security industry, from working in industrial, commercial, domestic and automotive locks, installing and maintaining maximum security custodial prison locks and opening (cracking), servicing and upgrading bank safes for major Banks and nationwide businesses.
Brett's interests are spending time with his family, rugby league, rugby, sports, reading, martial arts, gardening, old school cars and motorcycles.
Jacqualine was in office administration for 12 years before stopping work to start a family. With the arrival of 3 children over the next 4 years she was still able to run the accounting and administration side of their first locksmith business and still continues in these roles to this day.
Jacqualine's interests are cafes, family, cafes, shopping, cafes, gardening, cafes, shopping, cafes and of course shopping (and cafes). She also likes coffee.
Brett & Jacqualine have been married for over 20 years.

Brett and Jacqualine started 2 well known Auckland locksmith companies in the 1990's and sold them to their present owners who are still continuing very successfully today.

Our fully equipped vans carry a comprehensive range of security locks and keys for household, commercial, industrial, automotive and institutional situations and are able to carry out most requests on site. We are able to obtain extra hardware from our suppliers based around Auckland. We recommend better quality hardware but do carry other locks for the budget conscious.






Lock Services Limited is a member of the Master Locksmiths Association of Australasia. We conduct intensive back round checks on all job applicants and only employ those with excellent references and personal presentation. All our servicemen are fully certified NZQA lock technicians and our apprentices receive the best in training from our in house Master locksmith/NZQA Assessor finishing their training with a one-month course at the TAFE Security Institute in Australia. Our locksmith's are easily identifiable, arriving in sign written Lock Services vehicles, have Lock Services identification and of course will be wearing our company uniforms.
